Dalsbruk has several marked nature and culture trails, some of which are implemented on mobile devices.

Dalsbruk Village Walk 3,5 km
The Dalsbruk Village Walk introduces you to the cultural and historical heritage of Dalsbruk from past to
present. You may follow the route on a mobile online story map and by the supporting information boards
in the village.

Dalsbruk nature trail & young adventure’s nature trail 0,7 km
Dalsbruk Nature Trail leads from the historical blast furnace through the grove by the pond and foward
through pine forest and rocky meadows before completing the loop. Ten information boards are
positioned along the trail.
Alongside the Dalsbruk nature trail runs the Young Adventurer’s Nature Trail. For the trail you can borrow
a knapsack free of charge from the Dalsbruk Library or store Wahlsten. The knapsack contains essential adventuring equipment for two young naturalists. Age recommendation is 6-8 years. Language options are
Finnish & Swedish.
Lilla Masugnsträsket trail 1,8 km
The path goes along the beach to the wilderness-like Lilla Masungsträsket. Along the path there are
foot bridges ower a small marsh area on the swamps west side. When you have climbed up the hill,
a lovely view over the dark swamp opens up.
Senatsberget 6,3 km
The Senatsberget trail leads to the shores of two dark lakes and through a mosaic of different forest landscapes. The trail is named after the rugged and rocky Senatsberget ridge, which has breathtaking views out towards the sea and across the forested heart of Finland’s biggest sea island. A lean-to shelter, campfire spot and lookout tower are also located on the ridge. Information boards along the trail tell about the health and well-being effects of nature.
