Challenge your friends to play or try to beat your own record. The changes in the terrain, trees and other natural obstacles make a varied course.

You can use courses free of charge. A frisbee is all you need to make a start. If you don't have your own frisbee with you you can ask a frisbee set from the Vänö Kramboden.
